Fill out a detailed Onboarding Survey. Input from this survey will give your personal Success Manager all the information they need to get you started.

4. Pricing and Contracting

Once everything is in order, we will send an agreement for you to review and sign. Then we can move on to Assign your support team.

5. Start Delivering

Your assigned support team will jump into your daily flow, providing top-notch customer and technical support while being closely monitored by our management and quality assurance team.

We offer our clients multiple ways in which they can get started with EastEdge Business Solutions. Choose from our remote or online on-boarding process and get access to the multitude of services that EastEdge Business Solutions provide. Once you choose a suitable on-boarding process, our team of experts will contact you and help you offload the accounting related tasks to EastEdge Business Solutions in a seamless way. 

Online process

The client uploads documents via email / OneDrive / Dropbox / google drive / File exchange server or similar. Our Specialists will log in to the client’s online application to make updates.

Remote process

Our specialists will connect to the client’s computer and access client’s accounting application / computer via Internet using a secured remote application. Our specialists will update the books in accounting application / software on the client’s remote desktop and logout.
